A couple of updates about my HMR Diet, one I'm excited about and one that is stressing me out.

I can't wait!!! Next week, on Thursday, I get to go up a level which is called Healthy Solutions. This one I get to add in fruits and vegetables, then eventually proteins. 

I have been craving cooked carrots, yummy. 

Since I'm lactose intolerant, my shakes will stay the same and in the beginning so will my entrees.

So that will be 5 shakes, 2 entrees, and now 2 kinds of vegetables. They want to start us off with vegetables because apparently we have to ease into the fruits or it could cause bowel discomfort if you know what I mean 😉

The next update is that I only lost a pound that I had gained last week. I have seemed to hit a plateau. Of course this usually happens during that time of the month for me. Plus I usually feel bloated which is not a nice feeling. 

My problem is still that I'm not drinking enough water, this weekend I'm going to try to drink at least 2 bottles, and then move it up to 3. Since I am retaining a lot of water, that is where I'll lose the most weight.
